Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to paid editorial services and digital guide packages offered by Rinsemovement. Free website content is not subject to returns.

1. Digital guide purchases

If you purchase a downloadable guide or consultation package, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided the content has not been substantially accessed or downloaded in full. We verify access logs before approving refunds.

2. Consultation services

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session receive a full refund or rescheduling at no extra charge. Late cancellations may be partially charged to cover reserved time.

3. How to request a return

Email request@rinsemovement.world with your order reference, purchase date, and reason for the request. We respond within five business days.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

5. Exceptions

Custom commissioned guides prepared to your specifications are non-refundable once delivered, unless we fail to deliver agreed scope.
